Steve Klearman, Laura and their staff did an outstanding job for my case. Laura was on top of everything and was very timely with everything they handled. All of them were very professional, empathic, and listened to everything I had to say. Steve went to bat for me, pursued the other insurance companies and won my case! It doesn't take away from the trauma of being attacked by a dog however having Steve and Laura walk with me the entire two years, I was able to get through it! Thank you to Steve, Laura and staff. I would recommend them to anyone that has a personal injury case.

I was in a very bad vehicular accident at the beginning of this year. Steven, Laura, and Greg made an extremely difficult and stressful situation so much better than it would have been if I had tried to handle it on my own. I needed an attorney and decided to hire Klearman and Associates. Steve Klearman and Associates may not be the biggest law firm in Reno but in my opinion they are the best. Mr. Klearman’s staff headed by Laura and his investigator Gregg are thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. As we all know the wheels of justice can turn slowly. Laura kept us advised of the timeline, what court proceedings were happening, and the status of what seemed endless paperwork. They are detailed oriented, timely and always informative. This law office of Steven J Klearman did an amazing job from start to finish with a vehicle accident I was unfortunately involved in last year.

If you're looking on here for reviews to find an attorney if you've been injured or in an accident- the search is over because you've found the place!
I sent a message via Yelp after I was in a car accident because I wasn't at fault and wanted to make sure I had a good experience getting this handled.
Laura literally handled it all for me without any hassle on my end. Trust me- you don't want to deal with insurance companies on your own! It's a headache and you'll get some level of anxiety with the run around. Unfortunately this is the most common method they use to wear you down so they can pay as less as possible for their bottom line. This goes towards the repairs too! Which was the most important to me! I had just purchased a $52k Toyota 4Runner and I wanted to avoid any "skimping" when it came to the insurance approving certain repairs. Laura is so kind and wonderful, she took care of it and I was so grateful to her. Her work ethic is incredible. Greg is the guy that comes in towards the end and handles his part of the deal. He's great too! I spoke with him and met him in person as well. From what I learned, He used to work for a big name insurance company doing claims for many years. So he's basically got expertise on both ends! Those years of knowledge are definitely a perk for clients to this firm. I didn't meet Steven since the case was settled without going to court (which was great!) and I just didn't cross paths with him when I dropped by a couple times. He's of course, the reason for the name on the wall and he steps in when things need to be taken to next level. I'm sure he's a solid guy based on my whole experience.
I know it takes a "team" but I just want to say that Laura is the real MVP here! This firm has more than fair fees. There was actually a few times Laura helped me with making sure the repairs with insurance adjuster were done 100% to my requests that I thought the attorney fees weren't enough for the help I was getting in return. Ha! And trust me- I would've paid more for this quality of service! But don't worry, you'll get incredible service for a very fair fee.
They were able to get me a settlement beyond what I expected. Which if you do the math and use common knowledge of how these claims turn out- If you don't have an attorney you'll get probably a quarter of that settlement and not to mention stress and grief. So, even with a "fee" you're actually still ahead. More importantly, their level of experience and knowledge in this field surpasses an exceptional level of quality. Perks on all ways you look at it!
All of that with being humbled and relatable people. Nobody is stuffy in this office. Everyone is down to earth and professional.
All in all, You'll be satisfied with the end result. I researched all of the popular well known law firms in the area and I truly believe this was and is the best choice. Being in an accident is stressful and you want this office to be representing you! Also, don't wait to get an attorney. Hire them right away and stay on top of what you need to do on your end. Ie. Get medical treatment if necessary and keep up on it. Be organized and bring everything they might need with you to your first appointment. Since then, I've caught some of the commercials for other local attorneys on TV and I'm so happy I searched on Yelp first! There are plenty of positive reviews by real clients and I can vouch it's true! They're the BEST!

As you enter the office you sense quality immediately from the surroundings, including the gracious receptionist who warmly greets you.The consultation begins almost too promptly as you cannot help but admire the beautiful artwork through out the office.The meeting with Mr. Klearman, the follow up with his wife Laura, and assistance from Greg afterward, all combined to make it a very professional yet genuinely personable experience. EXCELLENT lawyer who has an excellent support staff

This office was excellent with our case. We were hit by a woman that dropped her coffee. We couldn't get the information from the police about the accident. The office of Steven Klearman was able to get the information and handled EVERYTHING! There was no exaggeration of our chances of winning a court case. And in the end they were able to settle out of court. When we had questions it was never a bother for them to answer them. When we were unsure, a call was placed to their office. If the answer wasn't readily available someone was quick to find an answer and call us back. We really didn't have to deal with any of the frustration of the accident except healing. I would highly recommend this office, Steven and Laura. They were easy to talk to and so professional. They called not only to give us updates, but also to check on our recovery!
